Fresh Pizza Dough

Make customized, gourmet pizza in minutes!


Our pizza dough is made from scratch, just for you!  It is perfect for summer dinners in the backyard with your family, or to warm you up in the dead of winter!  Just grill it on a pizza stone for 3-4 minutes, or bake in the oven at the highest setting for 4-5 minutes. All you have to do is dream up the delicious toppings! 

Ingredients:
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Yeast
  • Olive Oil
  • Honey
  • Salt

That's it, seriously! 

To cook:
Grilling it on a pizza stone is our favorite method.  This will require a pizza stone (don't worry if you don't have one,  we provide conventional grilling instructions below).  To replicate the authentic thin crush pizza from Naples, turn your gill up to the highest setting -- the shorter the time it takes the dough to cook, the less time it has for the moisture to burn off--preheating the stone. This will create that bubbly, warm crust with hints of smoke from the grill.  The pizza will cook quickly - though it depends on the grill, you can expect it to take just 3-5 minutes!

Alternately, cooking it in the oven is a breeze as well.  Simply top your pie to your heart's content and cook it in the oven under the 'convection bake setting' at the highest possible heat level.  (Additionally, a pizza stone can be used in the oven too. The stone will retain the heat as you open the oven door during cooking and so ensure more consistent results.  But a pizza tray works just as well!).

To store:
Since our product contains active yeast, it is necessary to keep it refrigerated. Peak freshness is maintained for up to 3 days after purchase, but the dough can be refrigerated for up to a week!
